With the cooperation of Koçtaş Construction Markets Tic. Inc. and Needs Map, the “Yanı Başında” Project was carried out in order to identify and confirm the needs of disadvantaged educational institutions and to procure the materials they need. In this project, Needs Map was responsible for carrying out the processes of determining the needs list of educational institutions which are affiliated to the Ministry of National Education, matching the identified needs with the Koçtaş product range, and delivering them to educational institutions.

Within the scope of the project, the needs of schools in 7 provinces (Denizli, Diyarbakir, Eskisehir, Izmir, Mardin, Sakarya and Sanliurfa) from different regions of Turkey were met for interior paint and the materials needed for painting. A total of 1,329 kg of paint and paste, 113 brushes, pipes and tapes were provided to 7 schools. Moreover, a total of 1214 students benefited from this support in 7 schools.
