Stories Map, produced in cooperation with Needs Map and Bir Tohum Foundation, is an interpretation of the issue of human destruction of nature through places and geography.The stories of the ties that people establish with geography take place on the map.Stories, sometimes a tale told from the past, a myth; sometimes a path, sometimes a fountain; sometimes a tradition, a dress; sometimes it can be the story of a wind.If a story has been told by someone, it has a place on the map.

THE STORY OF THE MAP

-We chose Kazdaglari as the starting point. We have compiled stories about the nature and culture of this geography, which we love and wonder more about as we live, get to know, and come into contact with. This is an endless journey.

-The method we used developed in mapping the stories, compilations and research told rather than working directly in the field. The map shows the stories in 9 main categories and 49 sub-categories in total, accompanied by a symbol produced for each category. In cases where stories fall into more than one category, we made a completely subjective and artificial choice. Because a story does not have a category at its core, it is related to many topics. What we want to do here is to see the diversity of stories, just like the diversity in nature.
